Detailed Description
Its production method consists of a careful selection of the finest blue agaves and with traditional methods of elaboration, which include the slow cooking of the agave in traditional masonry ovens and the natural fermentation with wild yeasts, exclusive of Casa Herradura, which ensures a Unique and incomparable flavor profile. Subsequently the tequila had a double barrel process, which consists of resting for eleven months in American oak barrels and additionally rests three more months in Cognac barrels from the historic Cognac region in France. Each bottle is numbered and authenticated with the signature of Master Tequilera María Teresa Lara. This special reserve consists only of 43 barrels.

Nose: Light aroma of cooked sweet agave, vanilla, and a hint of light fruit.
Palate: The initial taste is cooked agave and vanilla. A combination of pure agave, oak, vanilla and spices with a medium-long finish of oak and chocolate being the most prominent.
Finish: A lovely long finish, that soothes the senses.
