Detailed Description
Cruz del Sol (Cross of the Sun) is quaintly packaged in eco-friendly recycled bottle. It is made from 100% agave sourced from the Highlands of Jalisco. The añejo is aged for 16 months in American oak used whiskey barrels.
Cruz Del Sol Anejo Tequila Tasting Notes
Nose: The Añejo presents as an elegant and rich sipper. With notes of violet and cinnamon on the nose.
Palate: The first sip is rich and smooth. The tequila has very little vegetation and restrained black pepper.
Finish: The finish ends with dried fruit and the faintest bit of dark chocolate.
Distillery Information
Located at the foot of Tequila Hill, in the legendary town of Tequila, Jalisco State, it is modern, yet still preserves the best tequila production traditions. This is achieved with the help of dedicated people who work for the company, and who know the craft of making tequila. Most of them have worked in the Fabrica since the beginning of its operations. All tequilas, crafted at Fabrica de Tequilas Finos are only 100% Agave products.
