Amarás Cupreata Mezcal is crafted from 100% Agave Cupreata sourced from the Sierra Madre del Sur mountains, using a conical stone oven, mechanical shredder, and natural fermentation in open ayacahuite pine vats. The rustic mezcal is double distilled in a small copper still by Maestro Mezcalero Don Faustino Robledo.

Nose: Nose is of fresh and sweet mesquite wood, crushed berries, apricots, cut apples, and a touch of evergreen.
Palate: Palate is there’s loads of sweetness, backed by that roaring, smoky mesquite fire.
Finish: Smoky finish that folds in all kinds of fruit.
