Distillery Information
Steve’s other ancestors, farmers Bowling & Burch, have left their imprint as well. Beam graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Landscape Architecture and was the Chair of the Horticulture committee of Miami Beach Botanical garden for a few years before coming back to his family’s legacy of distilling in 2010 with the founding of Limestone Branch Distillery. He is now able to merge his twin passions for distilling and horticulture into Bowling & Burch gin. As a founding member of the Kentucky Craft Bourbon Trail, Limestone Branch Distillery is proud to be a craft distillery – crafting only the finest spirits and using traditional craft distilling methods. Visitors coming for tours are treated like family and are able to learn about the family history and Steve’s passions, taste some of the finest Kentucky spirits and enjoy their time in our beautiful garden or sipping a cocktail in our bar.
