Detailed Description
Edinburgh Gin co-founder Alex Nicol wanted to create a gin that would celebrate the native botanicals of Scotland. On a quest to find unique Scottish botanicals, master distiller David Wilkinson began to look along the east coast of Scotland for inspiration. Originally a limited edition product that was recently made part of the distillery’s core range, Edinburgh Seaside Gin is made with traditional gin botanicals, including grains of paradise, coriander, and cardamom, along with foraged Scottish botanicals, such as scurvy grass, ground ivy and bladderwrack.
