Detailed Description
Founded in 1783 as the first commercial distillery in Kentucky, Evan Williams built his distillery along the banks of the Ohio River. Of course, at the time he had no idea, but over the years Evan Williams’ bourbon would go on to become the second largest Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey producer in the world, distilled only blocks from the site of his original distillery. Evan Williams White Label BIB Bourbon is produced with a mash bill of 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malt before being aged at least 4 years in a bonded warehouse and bottled at 100 proof in their trademark square, white label bottle.
