Detailed DescriptionThis impressive Macallan has seen over a quarter of a century of maturation! Distilled back in June 1993, it was left to age in American oak for most of its days, though it also saw a finish in a European oak Oloroso sherry hogshead. In November 2019, Goldfinch bottled up the whisky without chillfiltering or colour at cask strength, with the 26 Year Old weighing in at 40.8% ABV.
