Detailed Description
Pasote Añejo is the longest aged tequila from this range, spending one year in American ex-bourbon barrels. Mellowing the more prominent roasted agave of the Blanco or the Reposado, the añejo is still decidedly light in colour, and marks a sophisticated and mature alternative to the more overstated añejo examples that have flooded the industry.
